We work with destinations and with visitor attractions on feasibility studies, market appraisals, business plans and economic impact assessments. Our heritage work is about helping not-for-profit organisations on concept development and feasibility assessment work, market research, operational and governance audits, strategic reviews and business improvement plans. We also have an enviable track record of helping clients to realise capital projects through bid preparation, options assessment, risk reviews and project management.
