Description:

Hotel Solutions specialises in helping local authorities to understand what opportunities there are for the future development of hotels and other forms of visitor accommodation in their area. Our work is used to provide the evidence that local authorities require to underpin planning policies for hotel and visitor accommodation development and to feed into tourism and regeneration strategies regarding opportunities for hotel and visitor accommodation development. We also provide support for proactive hotel investment marketing and can provide advice on individual site opportunities and planning applications for hotel and accommodation development.

Recent Projects:

We have recently completed studies to assess the potential for hotel development in South Hampshire, Essex, Leeds & West Yorkshire and Aylesbury. In 2009 we completed studies to assess future opportunities for hotel and visitor accommodation development in East Sussex, Eastbourne, Bedfordshire, the Tyne & Wear Coast and Rural Gateshead.
