Destination Campaign Marketing Manager
Full time, 37.5 hours per week, permanent contract. Salary: £30,000 -£35,000. Experience: +5 years.
Office Location: Hybrid working between home and the office at The Terrace Lincoln.
We are recruiting a new Visitor Economy Campaign Manager to join our growing team. This is a new position in our growing company, and we’d like to find someone who is keen to use their marketing and leadership skills to make a real difference within Greater Lincolnshire promoting tourism, leisure, hospitality and retail.
This role is key to our growth as a Destination Management Organisation (DMO) and will result in Lincolnshire’s profile being raised internationally, nationally, regionally and locally. You will work within the Marketing Department leading a team of 3 marketing executives, and working with the Head of Marketing, to developing brand strategies and managing their delivery.
Our brand strategies include marketing the historic Cathedral city of Lincoln, the Lincolnshire Coast, the Lincolnshire Wolds and Market Towns – as well as developing thematic campaigns around food and drink, cycling, walking and awards winning businesses who work within the sector (plus much more).
We’re not looking for someone with experience of working in a DMO already (although that would be a bonus); but we think there are many transferable skills for someone who may have experience of campaign management and marketing for lifestyle brands, food and beverage, travel and other relatable sectors.

Digital Marketing Manager
Full time, 37.5 hours per week, contract: 36 months, with plans to make it permanent. Salary: up to £36,000 depending on experience. Experience: +5 years, marketing qualification & line management

We are recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team and deliver a digital transformation with funding from the Lincoln Town Deal to digitalise the visitor economy. We would like to find someone who has the skills and ambition to make a real difference within Greater Lincolnshire promoting and growing tourism, leisure, hospitality, and retail.
This role is key to our growth as a Destination Management Organisation (DMO) and will result in Lincolnshire’s profile being raised internationally, nationally, regionally, and locally. You will work within the Marketing Department leading a team of marketing executives. Working with the Head of Marketing you will develop our brand strategies and content plans, manage their delivery, and lead the digital transformation working with national and local suppliers.

Our digital transformation includes a five-year delivery project paid for by the Town Deal Programme. In line with the objectives of the Tourism Recovery Plan, the project will make full use of technology and data to engage new and current audiences, resulting in an enhanced visitor experience.
We are not looking for someone with experience of working in a DMO already (although that would be a bonus); but we think there are many transferable skills from other sectors which are leading innovation and user experience developments that would be suitable for this role.

Visitor Economy Relationship Executive Lincolnshire Wolds, Market Towns, Lincolnshire Coast & Boston
Full time, 37.5 hours per week. Contract: 18 Months, with plans for a permanent position in 2023. Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 depending on experience
Office Location: Lincoln & Skegness, with travel around Lincolnshire.
We are recruiting a new Visitor Economy Relationship Executive to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone who is as passionate about Lincolnshire as we are, and thrives on developing relationships and loves helping businesses succeed. This role is key to our growth and will help our expansion into East Lindsey and Boston.
You will work within the Growth Team alongside the Growth Manager and another Relationship Executive. Together you will nurture current business relationships, as well as identify new opportunities across the Lincolnshire Wolds, Coast, Market Towns and across Boston.You will help link business owners and operators into destination marketing campaigns being developed by your colleagues in the marketing team, and we’d like you to host, attend & contribute towards regular business events, networks and conversations.
We’re not looking for someone with experience of working in a DMO already (although that would be a bonus). We think there are many transferable skills for someone who may have experience of working within a tourism, leisure or hospitality business in Lincolnshire.
