TMI's annual calendar of events include our two major annual networking events; the spring Hot Topic and the autumn Annual Convention. These two national events provide the latest insights from across the tourism sector and the best innovations and presentations from high level industry speakers from across the country.

Our live & hybrid events provide delegates with excellent face to face networking opportunities to hear the latest developments in destination management and network with fellow professionals. Our 'in person' events are hosted in different regions across the country providing delegates with the opportunity to experience latest developments and take part in local walking tours to experience the best local tourism offering from our host destination.

In 2022, The Tourism Management Institute visited Tees Valley to hear about local regeneration and latest developments from the region and provided delegates with the chance to regroup after two pandemic affected years and pick up ideas for a thriving future. The event focused on the opportunities around; Innovation, Digital Income Generation and Sustainability.
